摘要
利用飞秒激光新技术加工典型零件,对零件进行金相检测分析、尺寸测量等相关技术研究工作,找到了解决以上各类零件光洁锐边缺口较多、形状不一致、存在重熔层等质量问题的技术方法,实现了无重熔层、无毛刺、微小孔高精度加工,完全满足了设计图纸要求。
By using femtosecond laser technology to process typical parts, metallographic examination and analysis, size measurement and other related technical research work are carried out. The technical methods to solve the quality problems of the above parts, such as many bright and sharp edges, inconsistent shapes and remelting layer are found. The high-precision machining without remelting layer, burr and micro hole is realized, which meets the requirements of design drawings.
