热处理工艺对2A70材料硬质阳极化膜层的影响

摘要 2A70材料类零组件硬质阳极化后,零件膜层颜色异常,影响产品质量。经分析、试验发现,由于热处理工艺控制方法(装炉方式及冷却水温度)存在差异,造成2A70固溶、时效后微观状态存在差异,零件在后续进行硬质阳极化时,形成的硬质阳极化膜层厚度不一样,从而造成零件的外观颜色不一致,通过优化热处理方法,能有效的解决该类质量问题。 After hard anodization of 2 A70 material parts, the color of the parts film is abnormal, which affects the quality of the products. It was found by analysis and experiment, because the heat treatment process control method(furnace charging mode and cooling water temperature) is difference, it causes 2 A70 microstate to vary after solid solution and aging. During the subsequent hard anodization of the parts, the thickness of the hard anodized film is different, which results in the inconsistency of the appearance color of the parts. By optimizing the heat treatment method, the quality problem is solved.
