拉铆螺母在无人机复合材料口框上的应用

Application of Riveting Nut in Composite Frame of UAV

针对无人机复合材料口框单面连接的要求,引入了一种新型拉铆螺母连接方法,避免了原托板螺母连接繁琐的安装过程。在介绍该结构拉铆连接工艺的基础上,通过性能试验验证了拉铆螺母连接的可行性,并与托板螺母连接的对比表明拉铆螺母连接形式更优。

A type of riveted nut connection method was introduced for the requirement of single-sided connection of the UAV composite material frame, which avoids the cumbersome installation process of using pallet nuts. Based on introducing the riveting connection process of the structure, the feasibility of riveting nut connection was verified through performance tests. The comparison with the pallet nut connection showed that the riveting nut connection had better performance.
