摘要 高等学校的办学效率评价是高等教育研究领域的重要课题之一.基于2017-2018学年本科教学质量报告与2018中国大学评价研究报告,提出了一种基于KmeansDEA(Data Envelopment Analysis,数据包络分析)的效率评价机制.首先,整理了安徽省属大学在办学过程中的投入和产出数据;然后,采用Kmeans方法对投入和产出的评价指标属性值进行聚类,以聚类质心代替原始评价数据;最后,运用DEA模型对质心进行分析以完成对所选高效办学效率的评价,期望为学校管理者提供一定的决策参考,助推地方高水平大学建设. The analysis on school-running efficiency is an important issue in the research field of higher education.Based on the 2017-2018 undergraduate teaching quality report of provincial universities in Anhui and the 2018 report on evaluation of Chinese universities,we propose an evaluation mechanism of school-running efficiency based on Kmeans and data envelopment analysis(DEA).We first collect the input and output data affecting the schoolrunning efficiency of provincial universities in Anhui province.Secondly,we use Kmeans method to cluster the attribute values of input and output evaluation indexes respectively,and replace the original evaluation data by the obtained clustering centroids.Finally,the DEA model is adopted to analyze the clustering centroids to complete the evaluation of the efficiency of the selected universities.It is expected to provide decision-making references for school administrators and promote the development of local high-level universities.
