摘要
在含光热转换染料的高分子相变材料(PCM)中引入碳纳米管(CNT),合成了具有高导热率的光热转换CNT/PCM定形复合相变材料。利用X射线衍射仪、差示扫描量热法和导热系数测试仪等手段对该复合材料的结构、热存储及传递性能进行表征,并利用模拟光源测试了其光热转换性能。结果显示,CNT的加入使该相变材料的热导率和光热转换效率得到了明显提高。在最佳碳纳米管添加量(CNT和PCM的质量比为4∶100)时,光热转换效率高达89.93%,热导率达到0.405W/(m·k),比未添加CNT的材料提高了118.9%。
Carbon nanotube(CNT)was successfully introduced into chromophoric polymer phase change materials(PCM)to synthesize solar thermal conversion PCM with high thermal conductivity.X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and thermal conductivity tester,et al,were used to characterize the structure and thermal storage and transfer performance of the PCMs.The results shown that the thermal conductivity and solar thermal conversion efficiency of the PCMs were significantly improved with the addition of CNT.With the best CNT content(the mass ratio of CNT and PCM was 4∶100)in PCM,the solar thermal conversion efficiency of the CNT/PCM was as high as 89.93%,and the thermal conductivity was 0.405 W·m^-1·k^-1,which was significantly improved by 118.9%compared with pure PCM.
