摘要
以钠基蒙脱土(Na-MMT)和十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(OTAC)为原料制备有机蒙脱土(OMMT),将OMMT和氯丁橡胶(CR)混炼制得氯丁橡胶/有机蒙脱土(CR/OMMT)纳米复合材料。通过X射线衍射分析仪、热重分析仪对复合材料的结构和热稳定性能进行分析,研究了OMMT用量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:OTAC已进入Na-MMT层间,层间距由1.62nm增至2.19nm。随着OMMT用量的增加,复合材料邵氏A硬度增加,回弹率降低,烟密度等级减小,极限氧指数增大;OMMT用量为9份、12份时,复合材料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度分别达到最大值22.5MPa和33.6kN/m。OMMT使复合材料的物理机械性能和热稳定性得到改善,且有一定的抑烟和阻燃效果。
Organic montmorillonite(OMMT)was prepared from sodium montmorillonite(Na-MMT)and octadecyltrimethyl ammonium chloride(OTAC).Chloroprene rubber/organic montmorillonite(CR/OMMT)nanocomposites were prepared by mixing OMMT with chloroprene rubber(CR).The structure and thermal stability of the composites were analyzed by X-ray diffraction analyzer and thermogravimetric analyzer,and the effect of OMMT content on the properties of the composites was studied.The results showed that OTAC entered the Na-MMT layer and the layer spacing changed from 1.62nm to 2.19nm.With the increase of the dosage of OMMT,the hardness of the composites increased,the rebound rate declined,the smoke density level reduced,the limit oxygen index increased,tensile strength and tear strength reached a maximum of 22.5MPa and 33.6kN/m at 9 and 12 parts respectively.OMMT improved the physical and mechanical properties and thermal stability of the composites,and had certain smoke suppression and flame retardant effects.
