摘要
将通过原位聚合法制备的氧化石墨烯/聚3,4-二氧乙烯噻吩∶聚苯乙烯磺酸(GO/PEDOT∶PSS)复合物加入一定量五水合硫酸铜(CuSO4·5H2O),用水合肼对其进行整体还原,制备出石墨烯/纳米铜/聚3,4-二氧乙烯噻吩∶聚苯乙烯磺酸(rGO/Cu/PEDOT∶PSS)三元复合物。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、拉曼光谱、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、四探针测试仪等对制备的三元复合物进行表征。结果表明:在氧化石墨烯(GO)与3,4-二氧乙烯噻吩质量比为1∶3,CuSO4·5H2O添加量为0.6%(质量分数)时,合成的rGO/Cu/PEDOT∶PSS导电性能最好,还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)与PEDOT∶PSSπ-π共轭效果最佳,纳米铜粒子可以均匀分散在石墨烯片层,电导率达到了3.82S/cm。
A certain amount of CuSO4·5H2O was added to graphene/poly-3,4-ethylenedioxidethiophene∶poly-styrene sulfonic(GO/PEDOT∶PSS)composites prepared by in situ polymerization,and then it was reduced to rGO/Cu/PEDOT∶PSS by hydrazine hydrate.And then the structure and properties of rGO/Cu/PEDOT∶PSS were characterized by infrared,X-ray diffraction(XRD),raman,scanning electron microscope(SEM),field emission transmission electron microscope(TEM)and four-probe tester.The results indicated that the rGO/Cu/PEDOT∶PSS shown great performance,because theπ-πconjugate effect of rGO and PEDOT∶PSS was the best when the mass ratio of GO to EDOT was 1∶3.And nano copper particles can be uniformly dispersed in the graphene sheet while the CuSO4·5H2O was 0.6wt%.The conductivity of rGO/Cu/PEDOT∶PSS was 3.82S/cm.
