摘要
为了探索聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯/聚酰胺6(PBT/PA6)共混纺丝条件,选择共混温度和螺杆转速为影响变量,采用HaakePolyOS双螺杆挤出机进行不同变量下的熔融共混纺丝,对所制备纤维进行结构性能表征对比。结果表明:在共混温度为250~270℃、螺杆转速为10~25r/min范围内,PBT/PA6(质量比70/30)最佳共混纺丝条件为共混温度260℃、螺杆转速15r/min、凝固浴温度为40℃、牵伸速率为0.2r/s。此时所制备共混纤维的熔融焓(ΔHm)、结晶焓(ΔHc)、结晶度(Xc)和热分解温度(Ta、Tb)达最高,共混纤维直径相对较粗,为244μm,纤维初始模量和断裂强度也达到该范围的最大值,分别为1361.23MPa和595.78MPa。
In order to explore the blending conditions of PBT/PA6 blend,the blending temperature and screw speed were selected as the influencing variables.The HaakePolyOS twin-screw extruder was used for melt blending spinning under different variables,and the structural properties of the prepared fibers were characterized.The results shown that the blending temperature was from 250℃to 270℃,the screw speed was from 10r/min to 25r/min,The best blending spinning conditions of PBT/PA6(mass ratio 70/30)were that blending temperature 260℃,screw speed 15r/min.At this time,the enthalpy of fusion(ΔHm),enthalpy of crystallization(ΔHc),crystallinity(Xc)and thermal decomposition temperature(Ta,Tb)of the fiber were the highest.The blended fiber diameter was relatively thick of 244μm,The initial modulus and breaking strength of the fiber also reached the maximum value of this range,which were 1361.23MPa and 595.78MPa,respectively.
