铈离子印迹聚合物的制备及吸附性能 被引量:2

Preparation and adsorption property of Ce-DETA-IIPs ion imprinted polymer

摘要 以Ce(Ⅳ)为模板、二乙烯三胺(DETA)为螯合剂、丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体,在AB-8树脂表面进行水热聚合反应,制备出铈离子印迹聚合物(Ce-DETA-IIPs)。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、比表面积分析(BET)和X-衍射(XRD)进行表征。通过Ce-DETA-IIPs的吸附试验、考察了吸附性能。结果表明,在初始浓度350mg/L、吸附90min、温度为298K,Ce-DETA-IIPs对Ce(Ⅳ)的吸附量和吸附率分别达到174.03mg/g和99.38%,Ce-DETA-IIPs对几种金属离子的选择性系数QCe(Ⅳ)/QCa(Ⅱ)、QCe(Ⅳ)/QAl(Ⅲ)、QCe(Ⅳ)/QFe(Ⅲ)、QCe(Ⅳ)/QMg(Ⅱ)和QCe(Ⅳ)/QZn(Ⅱ)分别达到26.73、12.99、10.40、8.91和7.00。 The cerium ion imprinted polymers(Ce-DETA-IIPs)was prepared by hydrothermal polymerization of cericum ion(Ⅳ)used as target ion,DETA used as chelating agent and AA was used as functional monomer of molecular imprinting technique on AB-8 resin surface.The structure were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and specific surface area analysis(BET).The adsorption conditions and adsorption properties of Ce-DETA-IIPs were investigated by adsorption experiment.The results showed that the adsorption quantities of Ce-DETA-IIPs on Ce(Ⅳ)achieved 174.03mg/g,and the adsorption rate was 99.38%when the initial concentration was 350mg/L,adsorption temperature was 298K,pH was 2 and time was 90min.The selectivity coefficients of Ce-DETA-IIPs for several metal ions of QCe(Ⅳ)/QCa(Ⅱ),QCe(Ⅳ)/QAl(Ⅲ),QCe(Ⅳ)/QFe(Ⅲ),QCe(Ⅳ)/QMg(Ⅱ)and QCe(Ⅳ)/QZn(Ⅱ)were 26.73,12.99,10.40,8.91 and 7.00,respectively.
