摘要
为探究多聚磷酸(PPA)与丁苯橡胶(SBR)复合改性沥青的综合性能,对单一改性剂改性沥青及PPA掺杂量不同的复合改性沥青进行三大指标试验、动态剪切流变试验、弯曲梁流变试验及旋转薄膜加热试验。通过测定单一改性沥青及复合改性沥青的针入度、软化点、延度、蠕变劲度模量、蠕变速率、相位角、抗车辙因子等指标,评价复合改性沥青的高温低性能及抗老化性能。结果表明:PPA的掺入可以提高沥青的高温性能,但会对低温性能产生消极影响;在复合改性沥青中,SBR的掺入可以有效地提高复合改性沥青的低温性能,抗老化性能会随着PPA掺杂量的增加而逐渐提升。
In order to explore the comprehensive properties of polyphosphoric acid(PPA)and styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR)composite modified asphalt,three major indexes test,dynamic shear rheological test(DSR),bending beam rheological test(BBR)and rotary film heating test(RTFOT)were carried out for single modifier modified asphalt and composite modified asphalt with different PPA content.By measuring the penetration,softening point,ductility,modulus of flexural stiffness,creep rate,phase angle and rutting resistance of single modifier and composite modified asphalt,the high temperature,low performance and aging resistance of composite modified asphalt were evaluated.The results shown that the addition of PPA can improve the high temperature performance of asphalt,but had negative effect on the low temperature performance.In the composite modified asphalt,the addition of SBR can effectively improve the low temperature performance,and the anti-aging performance was gradually improved with the increase of the content of PPA.
