阻燃交联聚烯烃弹性体复合材料的制备及其性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了可参与化学交联的包覆聚磷酸铵(CAPP)阻燃剂,将CAPP与成炭剂复配,在熔融共混加工过程中加入交联剂过氧化二异丙苯(DCP),制备了阻燃交联聚烯烃弹性体(POE)复合材料,研究了阻燃剂CAPP和DCP添加量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:在交联剂引发下,CAPP被引入POE分子链共同构成三维网络结构,从而达到提高阻燃交联POE复合材料力学性能的目的,包覆层硅化合物的引入改善了复合材料的阻燃性能和耐水性能。 By the sol-gel synthetic method,the coated ammonium polyphosphate(CAPP)which can participate in chemical cross-linking was prepared.The flame retarding cross-linked POE composite material compounded with carbon forming agent CA,adding cross-linking agent during melt blending process.The CAPP was introduced into POE through chemical action.The 3D network structure was formed together on the molecular chain to achieve the purpose of improving the mechanical properties of the composite material.The flame retardancy and water resistance property of the POE composite was improved by the introduction of the coating silicon compound.
