NBR/HNBR耐油胶管内层胶的制备及其性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 将低相对分子质量聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)、马来酸酐(MA)和炭黑N550制成预混料,与碱性白炭黑混合制备了丁腈橡胶/氢化丁腈橡胶(NBR/HNBR)耐油胶管内层胶,研究了PPC预混料及碱性白炭黑用量对NBR/HNBR内层胶加工性能、力学性能、耐老化、耐介质以及压缩性能的影响。结果表明,PPC预混料具有增硬增强的作用,可提高内层胶的硬度、拉伸强度、撕裂强度以及耐老化性能,降低内层胶的体积变化率;当PPC预混料用量为22份时,内层胶的拉伸强度、硬度及撕裂强度分别为19.10MPa、78、34.06N/mm,老化后拉伸强度变化率、伸长率变化率分别为7.1%、-14.5%,耐介质后拉伸强度变化率、伸长率变化率、体积变化率分别为5.9%、-7.8%、-0.13%;综合性能明显优于N550填充胶。 Premixtures of low molecular weight polypropylene carbonate(PPC),maleic anhydride(MA)and carbon black N550 were prepared.The effects of the amount of the PPC premix and alkaline silica on the vulcanization characteristics,mechanical properties,aging resistance,medium resistance and compression performance of the NBR/HNBR oil-resistant rubber tube were studied.it demonstrated that the PPC premix had the effect of hardening and strengthening.It can improve the hardness,tensile strength,tearing property and aging resistance of the rubber,reducing the volume oil absorption rate.When the dosage of PPC premix was 22phr,the tensile strength,hardness and tear strength of the rubber were 19.10MPa,78 and 34.06N/mm respectively.The change rate of tensile strength and elongation were 7.1%and^14.5%respectively after aging,the change rate of tensile strength,elongation and volume were 5.9%,-7.8%,-0.13%after medium resistan.The comprehensive performances of the rubber were obviously better than those of N550 filled rubber.
