Safe Operation Technology of Main Fan in Zhaogu No.1 Coal Mine

分析了赵固一矿主要通风机运行过程中出现的风机倒机操作用时长、设备故障信息发现不及时、电气保护设置不合理等问题,提出了对主要通风机进行自动化、信息化、智能化的改造升级,并制订了自动化在线监测、系统预警报警、合理电气保护设置等解决措施。

This paper analyzes the problems of the main fan in Zhaogu No.1 mine,such as the long operation time of the fan reversing,the equipment fault information is not found in time,and the electrical protection settings are not reasonable.The paper puts forward the automation,information and intelligent transformation and upgrading of the main fan,and formulates the automatic online monitoring,system early warning alarm,reasonable electrical protection settings and other solutions.
