摘要
矿工的不安全行为是煤矿事故发生的直接原因,为了从根本上实现矿工不安全行为的控制管理,从内部动机与外界管理制度的交互作用出发,通过自我决定理论,将矿工的安全动机分为4部分,构建矿工安全行为选择模型;运用风险矩阵的风险划分法,构建安全色行为风险矩阵图;从安全动机与安全行为2个维度对个体的安全行为进行归类,构建矿工安全色行为理论模型;基于安全色行为模型对煤矿工作行为安全管理提出纠偏措施,为煤矿安全行为管理提供有效的对策。
The unsafe behavior of miners is the direct cause of coal mine accidents.In order to realize the control and management of miners’unsafe behavior fundamentally,from the interaction between internal motivation and external management system,the miners’safety motivation is divided into four parts by self-determination theory.The model of miners’safety behavior selection is constructed,and the risk matrix diagram of safety color behavior is constructed by using the risk partition method of risk matrix.This paper classifies individual safety behaviors from two dimensions of safety motivation and safety behavior,and constructs a theoretical model of miners’safety color behavior.Based on the safety color behavior model,corrective measures are proposed for the safety management of coal mine work behavior to provide effective countermeasures for coal mine safety behavior management.
