自党成立以来,党的工作作风建设经历了三个具有不同特征的发展阶段。新民主主义革命时期,党在革命与建设的实践中形成了理论联系实际,密切联系群众,批评与自我批评的工作作风。十一届三中全会后,恢复以实事求是与群众路线为主的工作作风,重塑党的形象成为重中之重。步入新世纪后,党中央在全面建设小康社会的历史进程中,将作风建设提到战略位置,以密切联系人民群众的工作作风为重点,致力于塑造党的新形象,培育时代新风,构建作风建设的长效机制!
