摘要
近年来,围绕建成国家中心城市,郑州积极构建创新人才库,着力加强科技人才培育。在分析郑州科技人才培育政策及环境的基础上提出措施建议。建立完善、具有特色的科技人才教育培养体系,完善人才评价机制、优化人才培育环境、加大人才投入力度,为郑州科技创新强劲发展提供可持续性人才储备。
In recent years,centering on the construction of a national central city,Zhengzhou has been actively building a science and technology innovation talent pool,focusing on strengthening the training of science and technology talents.Based on the analysis of Zhengzhou science and technology talent cultivation environment,this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions.We should actively plan and form a unique education and training system for science and technology talents,continuously improve the talent evaluation mechanism,optimize the talent environment,and increase talent investment,so as to provide sustainable talent reserve for the strong development of science and technology innovation in Zhengzhou.
