基于气体张力法调控血糖仪比对实验所需静脉血样氧分压研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的针对血糖仪比对实验所需静脉血样氧分压调控耗时耗力且不可控的特点,研究静脉血样氧分压的有效调控方法。方法基于气体张力法原理,在温度、气压、湿度处于控制状态下的张力平衡仪中,采用氧浓度为8.99%的氮中氧气体标准物质平衡新鲜全血来制备氧分压满足(65±5)mmHg的静脉血样,将调控后的静脉血样通过血气分析仪验证后与不做任何处理的静脉血样分别在三种不同厂家型号的血糖仪上同时做比对试验。结果与不做任何处理的静脉血样相比,基于气体张力法调控后的静脉血样能够有效调控血糖仪比对实验所需静脉血样氧分压,并以此建立了血液氧分压参考测量程序。结论气体张力法可有效克服血糖仪比对试验过程中空气中氧的干扰,促进血糖仪产品检测技术升级。 Objective To study the time consuming and uncontrollable characteristics of regulation of oxygen partial pressure of vein blood required by blood glucose meter comparison experiment,the effective regulation method of oxygen partial pressure of vein blood blood.Methods Based on the principle of the gas tension method,in a tension balancer under the control of temperature,pressure and humidity,fresh whole blood was balanced with a nitrogen standard oxygen gas standard substance with an oxygen concentration of 8.99%to prepare an oxygen partial pressure of(65±5)mmHg.After the regulated venous blood sample were verified by a blood gas analyzer and the venous blood samples without any treatment were simultaneously tested on three different types of blood glucose meters.Results Compared with the venous blood sample without any treatment,the venous blood sample based on the gas tension method can effectively regulate the oxygen partial pressure of the venous blood sample required for the blood glucose meter comparison experiment,and based on this,the blood oxygen partial pressure reference measurement program have established.Conclusion The gas tension method can effectively overcome the interference of oxygen in the air during the comparison test of the blood glucose meter and promote blood glucose meter product testing technology upgrade.
