摘要 动态多叶光栅准直器是直线加速器开展精准放射治疗,实施适形及调强治疗,提高治疗效果的关键核心器件。本文系统介绍了国内外多叶光栅准直器的发展历程及技术现状,对国内外典型多叶光栅产品的技术性能进行了介绍,对比了国产多叶光栅与进口产品的技术性能差异。对研制高性能多叶光栅准直器需要掌握的关键技术进行了总结分析,最后对动态多叶光栅准直器的发展趋势进行了探讨与展望。 Dynamic multi-leaf grating collimator is the key core device of linear accelerator for precise radiotherapy,which could implement conformal and intensity modulated therapy,and improve the therapeutic effect.In this paper,the development history and technical status of multi-leaf grating collimator at home and abroad are introduced systematically,and also introduces and compares the technical performance differences between domestic and imported products.In this paper,the key technologies for the development of high performance multi-leaf grating collimator are summarized and analyzed.Finally,the development trend of dynamic multi-leaf grating collimator is discussed and prospected.
