摘要
提出一种压路机定量振动液压系统中多功能振动阀的设计方案,详细阐述了该阀的设计组成及工作原理,基于某型号压路机总体性能要求,最终确定其结构组成,解决现有常见振动阀故障率高、冲击大、不能校准振动频率等问题。为压路机振动液压系统设计提供设计参考。
Putforward a kind of quantitative vibration road roller of multi-functional vibration valve in hydraulic system design,in detail elaborated the composition and working principle of the valve design is based on a type roller overall performance requirements,ultimately determine its structure,solve the existing high failure rate,big impact,not the calibration problem such as vibration frequency of common vibration valve.To provide reference for the design of vibration hydraulic system for roller designed.
