摘要
针对大型工程机械液压缸内泄漏问题,对液压缸进行数学建模。依据模型的动力特性方程对液压缸内泄漏与液压缸的输出动力、活塞的运行速度之间的关系进行研究分析。通过实验,测得了某型推土机液压缸压力变化曲线,验证了液压缸在不同情况下的动力特性,为液压缸内泄漏故障检测提供理论依据。
Aiming at the leakage problem of hydraulic cylinder of large construction machinery,the mathematical modeling of hydraulic cylinder is carried out.According to the dynamic characteristic equation of the model,the relationship between the leakage in hydraulic cylinder and the output power of hydraulic cylinder and the running speed of piston is studied and analyzed.Through the experiment,the pressure change curve of the hydraulic cylinder of a bulldozer was measured,and the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic cylinder under different conditions were verified,which provided a theoretical basis for the detection of internal leakage fault of the hydraulic cylinder.
