摘要
针对无法量化评价液压挖掘机平地性能优劣的问题,该文理论分析了挖掘机平地工作原理,根据各个工作装置之间铰接点的关系,推导出了铲斗斗尖距离动臂后支座铰接点的高度和动臂、斗杆液压缸位移之间的公式。结合实际采集的各工作装置液压缸的位移信号,利用仿真软件分析了挖掘机的平地性能,结合仿真出的铲斗斗尖运动轨迹可以量化评价挖掘机平地性能优劣,并可以为优化挖掘机平地性能提供理论参考。
Aim at the problem that the performance of excavator leveling can not be quantified,the work principle of excavator is analysed in this paper,according to the relationship of connection point between each working device,the formula for the displacement of boom、arm hydraulic cylinder and the height between bucket tip and connection point of boom’s bearing has been deduced.Combined with the displacement signal of the hydraulic cylinder of each working device,the performance of excavator leveling is analysed by the simulation software,combined with the movement trajectory of bucket tip,the performance of excavator leveling can be quantified,and can provide the theoretical reference for optimization of excavator leveling performance.
