摘要
为实现京滨铁路MG450提梁机拼装工程顺利进行,通过改进提梁机拼装方案,在制梁场提梁站采用狭长场地拼装方式,充分利用提梁站存梁区、墩柱之间场地、施工便道和便道外侧少量占地作为提梁机构配件存放和拼装场地,通过现场技术控制,安全顺利完成了提梁机拼装工作。此方案为以后类似工程提供了参考和技术支持。
In order to ensure the smooth progress of the assembly project of MG450 girder lifting machine on Beijing Binhai railway, through improving the assembly scheme of girder lifting machine, the long and narrow site assembly method is adopted in the girder lifting station of the beam manufacturing yard, and the small amount of land outside the storage area of girder lifting station, the site between pier and column, the construction access road and the access road is fully used as the storage and assembly site for the accessories of girder lifting mechanism. Through on-site technical control, the beam lifting machine assembly workis completed safely and smoothly.This scheme provides reference and technical support for similar projects in the future.
