高职院校工匠精神培养的主要问题和策略研究

Research on Main Issues and Strategies of Cultivating Craftsman Spirit in Higher Vocational Colleges

我国在从“中国制造”向“智能制造”、“精品制造”和“优质制造”转变的过程中,需要大量的技能型人才。高职院校作为培养技能型人才的主阵地,应该着重培养学生的工匠精神,把工匠精神融入并贯穿到学生学习的全过程,培养学生的爱岗、乐岗、敬业、严谨和精益求精的精神。

In the process of transition from“Made in China”to“Intelligent Manufacturing”and“Exquisite Manufacturing”to“Quality Manufacturing”,a large number of skilled talents are needed in China.As the main supplier of these talents,higher vocational colleges should focus on cultivating students'craftsmanship,integrate the craftsmanship spirit into the whole process of students'learning,and cultivate students'spirit of love,work,dedication,rigor and excellence.
