摘要
物理农业是相对化学农业的一种新兴农业生产技术体系,是物理技术与农业生产的有机结合。综述了电场、磁场、音频等现代物理技术对食用菌产量与生长发育的影响,进一步拓展了物理技术在食用菌栽培产业的研究方法和应用领域,同时拓宽了农业的利用空间。
Physical agriculture is a new agricultural production technical system relative to chemical agriculture.It is an organic combination of physical technology and agricultural production.The influence of modern physical technologies such as electric field,magnetic field,and audio frequency on the production and growth of edible fungi is reviewed in the paper as the research methods and application fields of physical technology are being expanded in the edible fungus cultivation industry,and the utilization space of agriculture is also being broadened.
