羊肚菌新品种“中菌羊肚菌1号”选育

A New Morchella spp. Cultivar ’Zhongjun Yangdujun 1’

羊肚菌新品种"中菌羊肚菌1号"是从四川省阿坝藏族羌族自治州若尔盖县巴西镇采集到的野生羊肚菌子实体,经菌株分离、初筛、复筛、中间试验和示范栽培,选育出的稳产、高产菌株。从播种到采收50 d^70 d,鲜菇产量0.308 kg·m-2。成熟子实体菌盖纵棱极为明显,横棱向内凹陷、不规则,菌盖顶端呈圆钝形,红褐色至深棕色。菌柄光滑、颜色为近白色,纵切面呈梯形,菌盖与菌柄交接处有凹陷但不明显。子实体兼有单生和丛生方式。"中菌羊肚菌1号"子实体性状好、稳产、高产、环境适应性广,适宜在全国范围内推广。

The new Morchella spp. cultivar ‘Zhongjun Yangdujun 1’was from a wild morel fruiting body collected in Baxi town, Ruoergai county, Aba tibetan and Qiang Autonomous prefecture of Sichuan province. The stable and high yield strain were got through strain isolation, primary screening, rescreening, intermediate testing and demonstration cultivation. From sowing to harvest the entire production cycle is 50 d-70 d, the yield of fresh fruiting body is 0.308 kg·m-2. The vertical edges of the mature fruiting body cap are very obvious, and the lateral edges are concave and irregular inward. The top of the cap is round and blunt, reddish brown to dark brown. The stem is smooth, nearly white, and the longitudinal section is trapezoidal. The recess at the junction between the cap and the stem is not obvious. The fruiting body grow both caespitose and solitary. The‘Zhongjun Yangdujun 1’has good agronomic traits, high stable yield, and wide environmental adaptability, which is suitable for planting nationwide.
