光质对海鲜菇子实体外观形态及产量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 通过研究不同光质对海鲜菇(Hypsizygus marmoreus)生长的影响,找到最佳光质,以提高海鲜菇产量、品质和经济效益。使用闽真2号海鲜菇进行单色光和组合光试验。在单色光试验中,与白光相比,波长660 nm单色光抑制菌盖生长;除450 nm波长处理外,所有处理菌柄直径均显著小于白光;波长590 nm、660 nm和730 nm单色光促进菌柄伸长;波长450 nm利于菌柄笔直生长;425 nm和450 nm波长不利于子实体表面成色;590 nm、630 nm、660 nm和730 nm波长处理子实体的形态特征较为一致。用红蓝组合光处理时,增加红光(660 nm)比例,菌柄长度增长,与单色光照射所得结果一致。因此,从海鲜菇子实体的外观形态看,590 nm、630 nm及730 nm为最佳光质;红光可促进菌柄增长。 Through study the effects of various light qualities on Hypsizygus marmoreus and find the best light quality, so as to significantly improve the yield, quality and economic benefits of H. marmoreus. The experiment of monochromatic light and combined light was carried out using Minzhen No. 2 H. marmoreus. In the monochromatic light experiment, compared with the white light, the 660 nm wavelength significantly suppressed the growth of the cap diameter;the diameter of the handles except for the handles exposed to the wavelength at 450 nm was significantly smaller than that of the white light. The wavelengths of590 nm, 660 nm and 730 nm have a significant effect on the growth of the length of the stipe, the wavelength of 450 nm has a significant effect on the straightness of the stipe, and the wavelengths of the fruiting bodies at 425 nm and 450 nm dim the surface of fruit body in H. marmoreus. The physical features of the fruiting bodies treated at 590 nm, 630 nm, 660 nm and 730 nm are more consistent. When irradiated with combined light of red and blue and the proportion of red light(660 nm) was increased,the length of the stipe tended to increase, which is consistent with the result of irradiation with monochromatic light of different light qualities. Thus, the light with the wavelength of 590 nm, 630 nm and 730 nm is the best light quality for the appearance of fruit body in H. marmoreus, red light has the effect of promoting the growth of the fungi stalk length.
