香菇抗杂菌菌棒栽培基质配方筛选研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对香菇(Lentinus edodes)菌棒生产过程中链孢霉、木霉等杂菌的污染问题,从栽培基质角度着手,以山枣木、山枣核、菱角壳为栽培基质,选用"七河7号"香菇菌种进行栽培试验,测定了其菌丝生长、污染菌棒数、子实体性状、单产量,及利润率等评价指标。结果表明,选用山枣木28%、菱角壳15%、山枣核8%代替柞木屑作为栽培基质用于香菇菌棒生产,菌棒污染率较低,抑菌效果提升可5%以上且子实体性状良好,具有良好的生产效益。 Aiming at the problem of the contamination of various fungi such as Neurospora spp., Trichoderma spp. etc. during the production of cultivation bag, starting from the perspective of the cultivation substrate, using mountain jujube wood, mountain jujube kernels, and water chestnut shells as the cultivation substrate, cultivation experiments were performed using Qihe No.7 Lentinus edodes strain, and evaluation indicators such as mycelial growth, the number of contaminated bacterial rods, fruit body traits, yield, and profitability were determined. The results showed that using 28% of jujube tree, 15% of water chestnut shell, and 8% of jujube core instead of tussah as the cultivation substrate for the production of L. edodes cultivation bag, the contamination rate of sticks is lower, and the anti-bacterial effect can be increased by more than 5%, which has good physical properties and good production benefits.
