摘要
闽侯县自然条件适合进行林下仿野生平菇栽培。用2种培养料配方对5种平菇菌种的进行了比较试验,探讨不同配方对平菇产量、出菇时间和品质的影响。结果表明,木屑配方的总产量较高,2种配方对出菇时间和平菇品质的整体影响较小。但综合经济、环保等因素,采用稻秸配方的"高平900"菌种更适宜闽侯县仿野生平菇栽培。
The natural and climatic conditions in Minhou County are suitable for the cultivation of wild Pleurotus ostreatus under the forest. Two kinds of cultivation formulations for five Pleurotus ostreatus strains were compared. The effects of different formulas on the yield, fruiting time and quality of P. ostreatus were discussed. The results showed that the total yield of sawdust formula was higher, and the overall effect of two formulations on fruiting time and quality were small.However, considering the economic and environmental factors, the "Gaoping 900"strain with rice straw formula is more suitable for imitating wild Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation in Minhou County.
