摘要
采用小鼠分组试验,进行体重、能量代谢率、肝糖原和肌糖原含量、T-SOD和GSH-Px活性的测定,探讨草菇支链氨基酸对运动能量代谢的作用。结果表明,草菇支链氨基酸并不能增加小鼠体重(P>0.05),但能够增加小鼠能量代谢率(P<0.05);高剂量和中剂量的草菇支链氨基酸能增加运动后小鼠的肝糖原和肌糖原储备量(P<0.05),提升T-SOD活性和GSH-Px活性(P<0.05)。因此,草菇子实体支链氨基酸具有一定调节运动能量代谢的作用。
The effects of branched chain amino acids of Volvariella volvacea on exercise energy metabolism were studied by measuring the body weight, energy metabolism rate, liver glycogen and muscle glycogen content, T-SOD and GSH PX activities in mice. Compared with that before the experiment, BCAA of Volvariella volvacea did not increase the body weight of mice(P>0.05), but increased the energy metabolism rate(P<0.05). The high doses and medium doses of BCAA could increase the liver glycogen and muscle glycogen reserve of mice after exercise(P<0.05), and enhance the activity of T-SOD and GSH PX(P< 0.05),which has a certain role in regulating the energy metabolism of exercise.
