援助交际:理论探讨与经验研究述评

Compensated Dating:A Review of Theoretical Explorations and Empirical Researches

援助交际最初指少女为获得金钱而与成年男子约会、聊天、出游等,后逐渐成为少女卖淫的代名词。通过对援助交际的相关文献进行系统回顾与分析,归纳出援助交际与媒体、性商品化下的援助交际、援助交际的法律认定与监管及其国际比较、援助交际的产生原因与对策四个主要的研究领域及研究成果。现有的关于援助交际的研究还处于起始阶段、研究较零散,理论视角薄弱单一、多学科和跨学科的研究视角尚未建立,长期的、具体的、经验性的研究偏少。

Compensated dating initially refers to a girl who is dating,chatting and traveling,etc.with an adult man for money,and then gradually becomes synonymous with teenage prostitution.This paper systematically reviews the literature on compensated dating and summarizes four major research areas and research results:compensated dating and media,compensated dating under sex commercialization,the legal identification and supervision of compensated dating and its international comparison,the causes and countermeasures of compensated dating.The existing researches on compensated dating is still in its infancy and is scattered,the theoretical perspectives are weak and the multi-disciplinary and interdisciplinary research perspectives have not been established,and the long-term,specific and empirical researches are less.
