3D人体扫描系统在青少年特发性脊柱侧弯支具治疗中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨基于3D人体扫描系统制作的支具用于青少年特发性脊柱侧弯(AIS)非手术治疗的效果及患者生存质量。方法纳入接受规范化支具治疗的AIS患者42例,其中传统石膏取模支具组患者20例(传统组),3D扫描取模支具组患者22例(3D组)。支具治疗期间每3~6个月复查X射线片,并收集2组患者主弯Cobb角、胸椎后凸角、腰椎前凸角、矢状位平衡等资料进行对比分析,在末次随访时填写脊柱侧凸研究学会22项问卷表(SRS-22)和健康调查简表(SF-36)进行患者生存质量评估。结果患者主弯Cobb角、胸椎后凸角、腰椎前凸角、矢状位平衡组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);3D组患者SRS-22量表评分中自我形象、心理健康、治疗满意度得分均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3D组患者SF-36量表评分也高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用3D人体扫描系统取模制作的支具能有效控制AIS患者病情发展,患者及其家属易于接受,可促进患者坚持穿戴,有利于长期治疗。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and patients’quality of life of bracing treatment with the braces based on the 3D body scanning system for the non-operative treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS).Methods Totally 42 patients with AIS received standardized bracing treatment were included,including 20 patients in the traditional gypsum mold group(traditional group)and 22 patients in the 3D scanning mold group(3D group).X-ray examination was reviewed every 3 to 6 months during the bracing treatment.The data of Cobb angle of main curvature,kyphosis angle of thoracic vertebra,lumbar lordosis angle,sagittal balance of patients in the two groups were collected for comparative analysis.Patients were assessed for quality of life at the last follow-up by completing the Seoliosis Research Society-22(SRS-22)questionnaire and the Short Form-36 Health Survey(SF-36).Results The Cobb angle of main curvature,kyphosis angle of thoracic vertebra,lumbar lordosis angle,sagittal balance of patients in the two groups were of no significant statistical difference(P>0.05).According to the SRS-22 questionnaire,the scores of self-image,mental health and treatment satisfaction of patients in the 3D group were higher than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of SF-36 in the 3D group was also significantly higher than that in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The brace made by the 3D body scanning system can effectively control and mitigate the progression of AIS.As a result,it is easy to be accepted by patients and their families,and it can promote patients’adherence to wearing,which is conducive to long-term treatment.
