摘要 基于延长射频系统中的单片机掉电时间的目的,设计了一种掉电存储系统。采用XMC1404单片机、ST25R3911B射频芯片和MB85RS64存储芯片组成系统案例。在硬件上通过LDO和超级电容来延长掉电时间,软件方面通过控制射频系统和实时判断电压的方法,保证在断电时能够有足够的时间保存数据,并防止电压波动引起的误保存。通过与其他掉电保存的方式对比测试,证明该系统能够满足物料搬运行业的准则要求,在掉电时能够维持50 ms以上,并且能让掉电波形更为平滑,并减少电压抖动。 Based on the purpose of extending the power⁃down time of the single⁃chip microcomputer in the radio frequency system,a power⁃down storage system is designed.XMC1404 microcontroller,ST25R3911B RF chip and MB85RS64 memory chip are used to form a system case.The LDO and super capacitor are used to extend the power⁃down time on the hardware.The software controls the RF system and the method of real⁃time voltage determination to ensure that there is enough time to save data when the power is off,and to prevent mis⁃storage caused by voltage fluctuations.Through comparison tests with other power⁃saving methods,it is proved that the system can meet the requirements of the material handling industry guidelines.It can maintain more than 50 ms during power⁃down,and can smooth the power⁃down waveform and reduce voltage jitter.
