胜利油田110 kV输电线路在线监测系统的研制与应用 被引量:5

摘要 胜利油田110 kV输电线路具有运送距离长、覆盖区域广,多暴露于旷野、沿海地区,容易受天然环境及成分的影响较多等特点,而线路故障排除及维护仅靠人工巡视耗费大量人力、物力,无法实时监测,致使线路的运行维护工作存在较大的困难。从油田输电线路故障原因出发,分析故障类型,设计并实现了应用于油田高压输电线路的在线监测系统,该系统利用STM32F103RCT6单片机及其控制外设,配合多传感器和摄像头对铁塔实时状态参数(环境温湿度、风速、风向、大气压强的检测及高压线路铁塔振幅、经纬度)进行监测,再通过GPRS模块通信使用TCP/IP协议上传至服务器,同时设计并完善后台管理系统,通过客户端软件随时查看线路实时数据。该项目在油田某110 kV输电线路中投入使用,并稳定运行,避免了人工巡视的不及时、费时费力,也保障了管理人员能及时判断输电线路的故障类型及位置。 For Shengli oilfield 110 kV transmission lines with long transport distance,wide coverage,more exposed to the wilderness,coastal areas and more susceptible to the influence of the natural environment and the composition characteristics of the circuit troubleshooting and maintenance alone artificial tour cost a lot of manpower and material resources,unable to real⁃time monitor,the line operation maintenance work is difficult.This project starting from oil field transmission line fault reason,analysis the fault types,design and implements the application in the fields of high voltage transmission line on⁃line monitoring system,the system uses STM32F103RCT6 single⁃chip microcomputer and its peripherals,control with multiple sensors and cameras for tower real⁃time status parameters(environmental temperature and humidity,wind speed,wind direction,atmospheric pressure amplitude detection and high voltage line iron tower,latitude and longitude)monitoring,again through the GPRS module communication upload to server using TCP/IP protocol,design and improve the background management system at the same time,check the line at any time by the client software real⁃time data.The project was put into use in a 110 kV transmission line of the oilfield and ran steadily,avoiding the untimely and time⁃consuming and laborious manual inspection,and ensuring the timely judgment of the fault type and location of the transmission line by the management personnel.
