摘要
针对高压输电线路检修电力操作人员爬塔劳动强度大与物料传输效率低等问题,设计了一种基于STM32的柔性绳索便携式自动升降装置电控系统。系统硬件采用Cortex M4和Cortex M3双处理器架构,主要由电源管理模块、主控模块、传感器模块、存储模块、驱动模块和外部接口组成;软件采用有限状态机编程模式与三层嵌入式软件架构,保证了系统各任务的实时性与系统的可移植性。同时,系统提供了包含手动控制、无线通讯、电机控制和急停制动等模块的外部接口,不仅方便用户与升降装置之间的交互,而且提供了多种总线接口,方便系统扩展。经实验测试,该电控系统设计合理,载重量达到250 kg,升降速度达到24 m/min,大大提高了物料传输效率,降低了操作人员的劳动强度,具有一定的应用价值。
An electrical control system of flexible rope portable automatic lifting device based on STM32 is designed aiming at reducing labor intensity for maintenance of high⁃voltage transmission lines.The system hardware uses Cortex M4 and Cortex M3 dual⁃processor architecture.It is mainly composed of power management module,main control module,sensor module,storage module,drive module and external interface.The software uses a finite state machine programming mode and a three⁃layer embedded software architecture,which ensures the real⁃time processing of each task and the portability of the system.At the same time,the system provides external interfaces including modules for manual control,wireless communication,motor control,and emergency stop braking,which not only facilitates the interaction between the user and the lifting device,but also provides a variety of bus interfaces for system expansion.Finally,experimental results shown that the load capacity of the system is up to 250 kg and a lifting speed is up to 24 m/min,which greatly improves the material transfer efficiency,reduces the labor intensity of the operator,and has certain application value.
