D-山梨醇改性PA6及其等温结晶动力学 被引量:3

Modification of PA6 by D-sorbitol and Its Isothermal Crystallization Kinetics

摘要 采用熔融共混法制备了D-山梨醇改性的聚酰胺6(polyamide 6,PA6)树脂,通过差示扫描量热仪(differential scanning calorimetry,DSC)、X射线衍射仪(X-ray diffractometry,XRD)研究了D-山梨醇的加入对PA6的熔融与结晶行为的影响,并利用Avrami方程分析了改性PA6树脂等温结晶动力学。结果表明:D-山梨醇的加入在一定程度上破坏了PA6分子链的有序性,提高了分子链的运动能力,使PA6的熔点和结晶度降低;共混体系晶型以α晶为主,少量的D-山梨醇促进了PA6异相成核,结晶速率加快。 Polyamide 6(PA6)resin modified by D-sorbitol was prepared by melt blending method.The effects of the addition of D-sorbitol on PA6 in terms of the melting and crystallization behavior were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and X-ray diffractometry(XRD).Isothermal crystallization kinetics of modified PA6 resin was analyzed by Avrami equation.The results show that the addition of D-sorbitol can destroy the regularity of PA6 molecular chain to some extent,and improve the mobility of the molecular chain,which result in the decrease of melting temperature as well as crystallinity.The main crystal isαcrystal in the blend system.The addition of small amount of D-sorbitol has the effect of heterogeneous nucleation on PA6,which also accelerates its crystallization rate.
