摘要
用萘钠处理液对聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)膜进行改性处理,再以聚酰亚胺(PI)机织物、改性PTFE膜及共聚酰胺(COPA)热熔胶为原料,通过热压法制备PI/PTFE膜层压复合织物,探究了改性处理时间对PTFE膜和复合织物结构与性能的影响。结果表明:随着改性处理时间的延长,PTFE膜微孔变小、厚度增加、拉伸强度降低;改性处理后,PTFE膜的表面浸润性得到明显改善,由疏水性变为亲水性,且透湿量和透气率呈缓慢下降趋势;PTFE膜的耐静水压值与其表面的亲/疏水性密切相关,PTFE膜表面变为亲水性时,其耐静水压值显著减小。萘钠改性处理使PI/PTFE膜层压织物的黏合性能得到明显改善,当萘钠处理时间为5 s时,层压复合织物剥离强度满足相关要求,透气率和透湿量小幅减小,耐静水压值增大,综合性能最佳。
The polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)film was modified by the naphthalene sodium treatment solution.Then the polyimide(PI)/PTFE film laminated composite fabrics were prepared by hot pressing method,taking the PI woven fabric,the modified PTFE film,and the co-polyamide(COPA)hot melt adhesive as raw materials.The effect of treatment time on the structure and properties of PTFE film and composite fabric was analyzed.The results show that with the prolongation of the modification treatment time,the micropores of the PTFE film become smaller,and its thickness increases while the tensile strength decreases.After modification,the surface wettability of PTFE film is significantly improved,changed from hydrophobic to hydrophilic,and the moisture permeability and air permeability show a slow decline trend.The hydrostatic pressure resistance of PTFE film is closely related to the hydrophilic/hydrophobicity of the surface,and its value drops significantly when the surface becomes hydrophilic.The adhesive property of the PI/PTFE film laminated fabric is significantly improved by naphthalene sodium modification.When the treatment time of naphthalene sodium is 5 s,the peel strength of the laminated fabric meets the requirements of relevant standard,the air permeability and moisture permeability decrease slightly,while the hydrostatic pressure resistance value increases.The laminated composite fabric has the best comprehensive performance at the moment.
