摘要
目的调查新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)流行期大学生群体网络相关信息获取现状,分析其行为特征和影响因素,为完善大学生疫情信息服务工作、制定其自我教育与管理措施提供参考依据。方法通过网络问卷收集相关数据,对709份有效问卷进行统计分析。结果大学生群体网络信息搜寻频率集中在每天1~5次,最关注内容为疫情新闻,主要渠道是微博、微信等社交软件。女性、月生活费较高者的搜寻频率较高,行为意图、电子健康信息素养对搜寻频率也有正向影响。结论大学生普遍对COVID-19疫情十分关注,微博、微信等社交软件是其获取相关信息的重要途径,提示相关部门应加强微博、微信等平台的COVID-19信息质量监控。另外,COVID-19疫情背景下影响健康信息搜寻的因素相较于一般健康信息搜寻的影响因素,其研究结果存在差异,疫情背景的特殊性是主要原因。
Objective To investigate the current situation of college students’network-related information acquisition during the epidemic period of COVID-19,thus to analyze their behavior characteristics and influencing factors,and to provide reference for improving college students’epidemic information services and formulating their self-education and management measures.Methods Relevant data through online questionnaires and statistical analysis on 709 valid questionnaires were conducted.Results The frequency of online information searches of college students was concentrated on 1 to 5 times a day.The most concerned content was epidemic news,and the main channels were Weibo,We Chat and other social software.Women with higher monthly living expenses had higher search frequency,and behavioral intentions and electronic health information literacy also had a positive effect on search frequency.Conclusion College students are generally very concerned about COVID-19.Social software such as Weibo and We Chat are important for them to obtain relevant information.Strengthen the quality monitoring of information on platforms such as Weibo and WeChat was required.In addition,the factors affecting health information search in the context of the COVID-19 are different from those in general health information search.The research results are different,and the particularity of the epidemic background is the main reason.
