多囊卵巢综合征患者的人体成分分析

Analysis of body composition in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

摘要 目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征患者人体成分的特点。方法前瞻性选取43例多囊卵巢综合征患者(PCOS组),并选取同期进行健康体检的98例健康人(对照组),利用生物电阻抗分析法对两组人群进行人体成分分析。测量内脏脂肪面积、体脂量、体脂百分比、肌肉量、基础代谢率、腰围、蛋白质含量、无机盐、细胞内外水分含量等指标,并比较多囊卵巢综合征非肥胖组、肥胖组之间的差异。结果多囊卵巢综合征患者腰围、实际体重、内脏脂肪面积、体脂量、体脂百分比、去脂体重、骨骼肌、躯干肌肉、节段肌肉左上肌肉、右上肌肉、左下肢肌肉、右下肢肌肉、细胞内水分、细胞外水分、无机盐、蛋白质、基础代谢率均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。PCOS肥胖组各指标均高于非肥胖组(P<0.01)。结论多囊卵巢综合征患者的人体成分各指标较健康人群显著升高;在多囊卵巢综合征患者中,肥胖患者的人体成分各指标较非肥胖患者有显著升高。应用生物电阻抗分析法可以有效便捷地评估多囊卵巢综合征患者的人体成分,从而为其疗效提供更全面的评估方法。 Objective To investigate the body composition of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods Forty-three patients with PCOS(PCOS group)were prospectively selected from the department of traditional Chinese medicine of the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University as the study group,while 98 healthy subjects as the control group.Visceral fat area,body fat volume,body fat percentage,muscle mass,basal metabolic rate,waist circumference,protein content,inorganic salts,and intracellular and extracellular water content were measured by body composition analyzer.Characteristics of PCOS were compared between the non-obese and obese groups.Results In pa­tients with PCOS,waistline,actual weight,visceral fat area,body fat mass,body fat percentage,fat weight,skeletal muscle,trunk muscles,festival period of muscle upper left,upper right muscles,the left leg muscles,right lower limb muscles,intracellular fluid,extracellular fluid,inorganic salt,protein content,basal metabolic rate were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.01).All the indexes of obesity group with PCOS were significantly higher than those of non-obesity group(P<0.01).Conclusion The human body composition of patients with PCOS were signifi­cantly higher than those of healthy people.In patients with PCOS,the indexes of body composition in the obese group were significantly higher than those in the non-obese group.Bioelectrical impedance analysis can effectively and conveniently evaluate the body composition of PCOS.
