石化行业膨胀型防火涂料的性能要求及应用综述

摘要 安全及防火问题越来越受重视,对防火涂料也提出了更高、更全面的要求。经过近50a的发展,膨胀型防火涂料已被设计师及业主所认可,在越来越多的项目上成功应用。环氧膨胀型防火涂料的耐火性能、机械性能、耐腐蚀性能及耐消防水及石化爆炸冲击等综合性能优异,是仅有的能够满足石化行业防火需求的膨胀型防火涂料。基于科学技术的发展,免网格环氧膨胀型防火涂料具有单位面积轻、施工便捷、施工周期短、无开裂风险、设计寿命更长、防火性能更稳定等优点。其具有更低的全寿命周期成本,更加符合设计及业主要求及行业发展趋势。 Driven by increasingly aware of safety and fire protection,the requirements on passive fire protection(PFP)coatings reach up to a higher level.After nearly 50 years of development,intumescent coatings have been recognized by designer and owner,successfully applied in more and more projects.Epoxy intumescent fireproof coating with excelletn fireproof properties,mechanical properties,anti-corrosion and resistance to impact of extinguishing water and petrochemical explusion,etc.is the only intumescent type that meets the demand of petrochemical industry.Based on the development of science and technology,the mesh-free epoxy intumescent coating has the advantages of convenient application,short construction period,no risk of cracking,longer durability and more stable fireproof performance.It has lower life cycle cost,more helpful in line with the designer and owner requirements and industry development trend.
