摘要
五坐标联动加工中心的转台中心点偏移值的校正是保证机床精度的重要手段。目前国内常用的校正方法大都需要精密的检测工具或者机床需具备相应的运动特性模块等,这些校正方法需要花费较多的时间和经济成本,而如何在不增加额外校正工具的情况下进行校正的方法文献比较缺乏。提出一种利用机床附带的3D探头,配合系统原有的指令集、参数设置功能等来修正转台中心在机床坐标系中各空间位置的误差。实验验证该方法经济、快速,修正后的转台中心空间位置误差值明显减小。
It is an important means to correct the deviation value of the center of the turntable in the 5-coordinate linkage machining center.At present,most of the correction methods commonly used in China require precise detection tools or machine tools with corresponding motion characteristics modules,etc.,which require a lot of time and economic cost.However,there is a lack of literature on how to perform correction without adding additional correction tools.A 3D probe attached to the machine tool is proposed to correct the error of each space position of the turntable center in the coordinate system of the machine tool with the original instruction set and parameter setting function of the system.The experiment verifies that this method is economical and fast,and the error value of the center space of the corrected turntable decreases obviously.
