汽车电子行业,由于高质量和可靠性要求,越来越多的客户追求零缺陷质量,零缺陷实现方法成为越来越多汽车电子制造商研究的课题。从产品设计实现、产品制造以及产品最终测试过程中,本文主要论述在产品测试检测以及数据分析中如何实现零缺陷,以及提升可靠性的老化筛选方法,有效地避免和筛选潜在失效产品的产生和流出,确保客户手中产品的零缺陷质量。

As high quality and reliability requirements of automotive industry,more and more customers pursue zero defect quality.More and more efforts are being put in place to achieve zero defects.From the product design,product manufacturing and final product testing,this paper mainly discusses how to realize zero defect in product testing and data analysis,and aging screening methods in order to improve reliability,effectively avoid and screen latent defects within manufacture,and to prevent the failures reaching to customers.
