摘要 为解决传统工业整流机组因为谐波污染严重带来的变压器绕组振动、噪声大及损耗大等问题,本文研究了一种基于感应滤波技术的新型十二脉波整流变压器。以零阻抗设计为前提、耦合电路为依据,采用相分量法建立了包含端口电气参数间耦合特性的全解耦数学模型及等值电路。通过对中性点经电阻接地及外接滤波装置的特性分析,建立了更为详尽的节点拓展模型与降阶简化模型。最后,通过搭建相关仿真模型及实验平台,验证了本文端口数学模型的正确性,为短路故障电流分布、潮流计算等实际工程应用奠定理论基础。 To solve the problems such as vibrations in transformer windings,large noise,and high loss due to serious harmonic pollution in a traditional industrial rectifier,a novel inductive filter rectifier transformer(NIFRT)with 12-pulse based on the inductive filter technology is studied.On the basis of a zero-impedance design and a coupling cir⁃cuit,a full decoupling mathematical model including the coupling characteristics of port electrical parameters and its equivalent circuit are established by using the phase component method.By analyzing the characteristics of the neutral point through resistor grounding as well as the external filtering device,a more detailed node expansion model and a simplified model are also established.Finally,through the establishment of relevant simulation models and an experi⁃mental platform,the proposed port mathematical model was verified,laying a theoretical foundation for practical engi⁃neering applications such as short-circuit fault current distribution and power flow calculation.
