Research on the Path of Crime Governance in the New Era--From the Perspective of Preventing and Combating Crimes by Public Security Organs

党的十九届四中全会对社会治理作出了新的战略部署,提出建设社会治理共同体。犯罪治理作为社会治理的重点,其治理效果如何,直接影响着社会治理效果。公安机关肩负着预防、打击犯罪,维护社会秩序的重要职责。新形势下,面对各类新型犯罪带来的挑战,以社会治理共同体理念为指导,转变犯罪治理理念、坚持协同治理、依法治理并以科技为支撑,创新犯罪治理。

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made a new strategic plan for social governance and proposed to build the social governance community.As the focus of social governance,crime governance directly affects the effectiveness of social governance.Public security organs shoulder the important responsibilities of preventing and combating crimes and maintaining social order.Under the new situation,facing the challenges brought by various new types of crimes,the public security organs should take the concept of social governance community as the guidance,change the concept of crime governance,adhere to collaborative governance,govern according to law,and be supported by science and technology to innovate crime governance.
