近些年,城市道路交通治理的力度不断加大,但道路交通治理形势依然严峻,在治理理念、治理主体、治理举措和治理保障等方面存在问题。为解决前述问题,提升城市道路交通治理水平需要坚持以人为本,树立道路交通治理“系统观”,需要充分发挥社会各方作用,切实形成道路交通综合治理合力,需要丰富道路交通治理手段,提高治理的民主性和科学性,需要加强法治保障与监督,实现道路交通治理的长效性。

In recent years,the force of urban road traffic management has been increasing.However,the situation of road traffic management is still serious,and there are some problems in management concepts,governance body,governance measures and governance guarantees.To solve these questions,we must adhere to the human-oriented concept,establish the“systematic view”of road traffic management,form a joint force for comprehensive control of road traffic,enrich the measures of road traffic governance,improve the scientificalness and democratic nature of governance,and strengthen the guarantee and supervision by law.
