公安教育类文献研究趋势及展望

Research Trend and Prospect of Police Education Literature

公安教育是我国教育体系重要组成部分。以“公安教育”为主题,回顾20年来我国公安教育领域核心作者、主要机构、高频关键词等,发现公安院校整体实现了提档升级,学历教育与基层实战培训相结合,招录培养体制改革稳步推进。公安院校应该朝着建设高水平警察大学的目标迈进,加强师资队伍和学科建设,培养适应社会形势变化的现代警务人才,整合警察训练学校为警察训练基地,提升执法规范化能力,完善人才招录培养体制。要促进公安教育研究机构、学者和学科间的互动联系,提高研究质量和权威性。

Police education is an important part of China’s education system.Taking“Police Education”as the theme,this paper reviews the core authors,main institutions and high-frequency keywords in the field of police education in China in the past 20 years.It is found that police colleges and universities have been upgraded as a whole.Academic education is combined with actual combat training at the grass-roots level,and the recruitment and training system reform is steadily advancing.Police colleges and universities should move towards the goal of building a high-level Police University,strengthen the construction of teaching staff and disciplines,cultivate modern police talents adapting to the changes of social situation,integrate police training schools as police training bases,enhance the ability of law enforcement standardization,and improve the talent recruitment and training system.We should promote the interaction between police education research institutions,scholars and disciplines,and improve the quality and authority of research.
