国医大师刘志明辨治新冠肺炎常用经典名方研析

Research and Analysis of Classic Prescriptions Commonly Used in the Treatment of COVID-19 by Chinese Medicine Master Liu Zhiming

国医大师刘志明辨治新型冠状病毒肺炎时,常在经典名方的基础上灵活化裁。比如《千金》苇茎汤,原本用于咳唾脓血的肺痈,兼有补益肝气、见肺实肝的功效,刘老用以治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎症见咳嗽、痰黄而黏、难以排出者,常去桃仁、冬瓜子,并视病情轻重用苇茎30~40 g,薏苡仁15~50 g。再如白虎汤,《伤寒论》用其治疗阳明里热、厥阴热厥等,《温病条辨》用治太阴气分热盛津伤,刘老加祛湿药用于新型冠状病毒肺炎气分热盛、湿热交阻者,常去粳米,重用生石膏15~50 g,知母12 g,甘草6 g。而茯苓杏仁甘草汤,原用治胸痹短气,刘老用于新型冠状病毒肺炎咳嗽口干、胸闷气促者,一般不单独使用,而是合入《千金》苇茎汤、黄芩半夏丸、贝母瓜蒌散等,以增加清宣润肺功效。

When master Liu Zhiming treating corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)patients,he often uses prescriptions flexibly on the basis of classic famous prescriptions.For example,Weijing Decoction in Qianjin Yao Fang was originally used to treat lung carbuncle coughing up saliva,which has both the effect of replenishing liver qi and preventing the liver from being hurt by lung.Master Liu use this prescription to treat COVID-19 patients who cough with phlegm yellow and sticky which are difficult to discharge.Taoren(Semen Persicae)and Donggua Zi(Semen Benincasae)are often removed from the prescription,and depending on the severity of the condition,30-40 g of Weijing(Cortaderia selloana stems)and 15-50 g of Yiyi Ren(Semen Coicis)are used.Another example,Baihu Decoction is used to treat Yangming inner fever and Jueyin heat syncope in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.It is used to treat the injury of Taiyin yin qi caused by excessive heat in Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Fever Diseases.While master Liu Zhiming adds damp-removing medicine to treat COVID-19 with excessive heat and the stagnation of damp heat in Qifen.He often removes Jingmi(Japonica rice),increased the amount of raw Shigao(gypsum)15-50 g,Zhimu(Anemarrhena)12 g,Gancao(licorice)6 g.The Fuling Xingren Gancao Decoction is originally used to treat chest obstruction and shortness of breath.Master Liu uses it to treat COVID-19 patients who cough,dry mouth,chest tightness and shortness of breath.The prescription is usually not used alone,but combined with Weijing Decoction in Qianjin Yao Fang,Huangqin Banxia Pills,and Beimu Gualou Powder to increase the effect of clearing and moistening the lungs.
