基于生物信息学探讨参麦注射液对高血压心力衰竭的干预机制 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨参麦注射液干预高血压心力衰竭的代谢组学产物相互作用及生物学通路。方法:代谢产物信息来源于前期代谢组学的研究结果。代谢产物ID号、相关的酶或转运蛋白、参与通路条数的注释采用KEGG数据库和HMDB数据库,代谢产物路径分析采用MetaboAnalyst 4.0通路分析软件。结果:代谢产物路径分析结果显示,高血压心力衰竭有7条代谢通路显著富集。参麦注射液的有效靶标涉及其中的氨酰tRNA的生物合成,缬氨酸、亮氨酸和异亮氨酸的生物合成,丙氨酸、天冬氨酸和谷氨酸代谢,精氨酸和脯氨酸代谢,精氨酸生物合成,甘氨酸、丝氨酸和苏氨酸的代谢等6条通路,另包括缬氨酸、亮氨酸和异亮氨酸的降解通路。结论:高血压心力衰竭的病理机制主要涉及氨基酸代谢紊乱,其次还涉及蛋白质合成障碍、能量代谢失衡和血管炎症。参麦注射液对高血压心力衰竭的干预机制涉及改善氨基酸代谢紊乱,促进蛋白质合成、优化心脏能量供应、调控炎症反应等多个层面。 Objective:To explore the metabolomics product interaction and biological pathways of Shenmai injection in the intervention of hypertensive heart failure model.Methods:Metabolite information came from the research result of metabolomics in early stage.Metabolite ID number,relevant enzyme or translocator,and notes of participant pathways used KEGG database and HMDB database.The metabolite path analysis adopted MetaboAnalyst 4.0 path analysis software.Results:Metabolite pathway analysis showed that 7 metabolic pathways were significantly enriched in the hypertensive heart failure model.The effective targets of Shenmai injection involve the biosynthesis of aminoacyl tRNA,the biosynthesis of valine,leucine and isoleucine,the metabolism of alanine,aspartic acid and glutamic acid,and arginine There are six pathways including proline metabolism,arginine biosynthesis,glycine,serine and threonine metabolism,and the degradation pathways of valine,leucine and isoleucine.Conclusion:The pathological mechanism of the hypertensive heart failure model mainly involves amino acid metabolism disorder,followed by protein synthesis disorder,energy metabolism imbalance and vascular inflammation.The intervention mechanism of Shenmai injection on hypertension and heart failure involves improving amino acid metabolism disorders,promoting protein synthesis,optimizing heart energy supply,and regulating inflammation.
