三明市种子企业联合体水稻区试品种稻米品质特性分析

Analysis of Rice Quality Characteristics of Rice Varieties from Regional Trials of Seed Enterprises Consortium in Sanming City

通过对2016—2018年三明市种子企业联合体水稻区试参试的101个中、晚稻品种的7项主要稻米品质性状进行了分析。结果表明:101个参试中、晚稻品种中,没有米质达到部颁一等的优质食用稻品种,达到部颁二等的品种共有2个,达到部颁三等的品种共有9个,优质稻品种数合计11个,优质稻达标率为10.89%。进一步分析发现,垩白度、整精米率、碱消值和透明度是三明市种子企业优质稻育种的主要影响因素,在品质育种上要注意对这些性状的选择才能对稻米品质有较大的改善。

7 main rice quality characters of 101 middle-late rice varieties in the regional trials of seed enterprises consortium in Sanming from 2016 to 2018 were analyzed.The results showed that among the 101 tested middle-late rice varieties,there was not a variety reaching the standards of the 1st grade of fine quality rice issued by the Ministry of Agriculture of China,but there were 11 varieties reaching the standards of the 2nd or 3rd grade of fine quality rice,accounting for 10.89%of the tested varieties,in which 2 varieties were in the 2nd grade and 9 varieties in the 3rd grade.Further analysis showed that the chalkiness,head rice percentage,alkali spreading value and transparency were the main factors affecting rice quality breeding in Sanming seed enterprises,we should pay attention to the selection of these characters in order to improve the rice quality.
