中医定向透药联合灸法治疗躯体形式障碍的临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of somatic form disorder by Chinese medicine directional permeation combined with moxibustion

目的:研究中医定向透药联合灸法治疗躯体形式障碍(SD)的效果。方法:2019年7月-2020年7月收治SD患者126例,随机分为两组,各63例。对照组给予中医定向透药治疗;观察组给予中医定向透药联合灸法治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后日常活动能力(ADL)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后症状数量及严重程度评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肢体运动功能(FMA)总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医定向透药联合灸法治疗SD,能有效改善SD症状,恢复上肢、下肢功能,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine directional permeation combined with moxibustion in the treatment of somatic form disorder(SD).Methods:From July 2019 to July 2020,126 SD patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 63 patients in each group.The control group was given Chinese medicine directed transdrug therapy.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine directional permeation combined with moxibustion.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The ADL score of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number and severity of symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of limb motor function(FMA)in the observation group after treatment was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine directional permeation combined with moxibustion in the treatment of SD,it can effectively improve the symptoms of somatic form disorder,restore the function of upper and lower limbs,and improve the quality of life of patients.
