血府逐瘀汤对不稳定性心绞痛患者血清炎性因子的影响

The effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on serum inflammatory factors in patients with unstable angina pectoris

目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤对不稳定性心绞痛患者血清炎性因子的影响。方法:2018年3月-2019年12月收治不稳定性心绞痛患者70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组给予规范西药治疗;试验组在西药治疗基础上加用血府逐瘀汤口服。比较两组临床疗效。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后血清炎性因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后血清内皮素1(EDN1)水平均低于对照组,血清一氧化氮(NO)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤能抑制不稳定性心绞痛患者的机体炎性反应,改善动脉血管内皮功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on serum inflammatory factors in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods:From March 2018 to December 2019,70 patients with unstable angina pectoris were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 35 patients in each group.The control group was given standard western medicine treatment.The experimental group was given Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of Western medicine treatment.We compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,after treatment,the level of serum inflammatory factors was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,after treatment,the serum endothelin-1(EDN1)level was lower than that in the control group,and the serum nitric oxide level was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can inhibit the inflammatory reaction of patients with unstable angina pectoris and improve the function of arterial endothelium.
